- Attendance: tablet check-in/out with finger signature, authorized-pickup list, append-only records with a tamper-evident hash chain, printable monthly report, capacity tracking
- Transportation: vans with separate seat and wheelchair capacity; one-click route optimization with Google OR-Tools (fewest/smallest vans, multiple loops, arrival windows, maximum ride time); Google Maps navigation links and QR codes; driver reroute from current position; door signature on pickup and drop-off; monthly transportation report with miles
- Billing: private-pay invoices from attendance, payments, receipts, adjustments and voids with history
- Insurance: per-insurer rates, authorizations, weekly claims summary in CMS-1500 order with warnings
- Compliance: staff requirements with expiration dates, drills, append-only incident log, emergency information and DNR status per participant
- Meals, activities, calendar, daily photos, reports (occupancy, revenue, balances, satisfaction, lead sources), roles for owners, staff and drivers
- Security: passwordless one-time-code sign-in, role-based access, audit log of every page viewed, daily backups, HTTPS/HSTS
- Coming soon: AI website editor with preview, guardrails, undo and seasonal refreshes included in the plan
