A family portal families actually use
Every family gets a private space, in English or Spanish, to book days, pay invoices and see how their loved one's day is going.
In short: the Senior Center HQ family portal lets each family book days or plans, see invoices and receipts, read the weekly menu and activity calendar, see daily photos they consented to, receive arrival and departure text alerts, and keep allergies, emergency contacts and authorized pickups up to date. It is organized in simple tabs for phones.
Simple tabs, large text, two languages
Many family caregivers are busy adult children; others are spouses in their seventies. The portal uses large text, simple tabs and plain language in English or Spanish.
- Today: arrival, departure and who picked up
- Days: book days or a weekly or monthly plan
- Menu and activities for the week
- Account: invoices, receipts and how to pay
Less phone calls for your front desk

Frequently asked questions
How do families sign in?
With their email address and a one-time code. There are no passwords to forget.
Can a family enroll a second participant?
Yes. A family account can include more than one participant, for example both parents.
Are text alerts included?
Yes. Arrival and departure texts are part of the system. U.S. carriers require each center's business texting number to be registered (10DLC); we help you with the registration.
Can families see other participants' information?
No. Each family only sees its own participants. Photos with other people appear only if everyone in them has consent.
